MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS Mindfulness is the practice of consciously slowing down the metal tizzy and attend to the present moment – fully. We learn to train the mind to reverse unhelpful thinking & behavior patterns and create an enduring change to promote higher levels of mental well-being, happiness and productive flourishing in our lives

LIVING WITH MINDFUL COMPASSION & SELF-CARE – Since ancient times we have known that community sustains well-being, our culture supports this at all levels. In this workshop we learn practices to integrate compassion, mindfulness and self-care in everyday life in a way that helps us flourish as individuals within relationships and communities. This workshop teaches day-to-day strategies for personal well-being and resilience, to help sustain and deepen compassion, and ultimately to enhance everyday life.


MANAGING ANXIETY & STRESS SKILLFULLY

Modern living is incredibly complex and demanding of us. Understanding the nature of anxiety and how stress affects us in the body and mind
can show us the way out of it so we can learn to cultivate ease. This workshop takes us step by step into learning to shift and then establish ourselves in healthy mental and emotional life. You will acquire skills to mindful living, to manage stress and anxiety before it hijacks your peace. Learn to thrive using contemplative practices, routines and rituals in daily life.


MINDFULNESS WITH NATURE & ART – Mindfulness is the practice of simply being attentive in the present and experiencing a deeper way of living life. Art is the natural language of our inner life. In this workshop we explore artistic activities – such as painting and clay – to meaningfully centre ourselves in mind and body. Our explorations happen amidst lush green nature to reconnect us further with our inner landscape. This workshop we experience mindful living through forest bathing, mindful contemplation and enquiry to boost emotional well-being and come back rejuvenated. MINDFUL MANDALA & MOVEMENT WORKSHOP – The word Mandala in Sanskrit translates to “Sacred Circle”, an ancient archetype representing coming into order from chaos. Mindful Mandala & Movement will help to bring about an understanding of our core identity and purpose to reach a state of harmony and balance. Embodiment of our understanding through movement can deepen the experience.
