Our vision: “To heal and empower all beings with compassionate wisdom through mindful, creative and scientific means”.

We offer training courses and workshops using holistic methods of therapy, artistic interventions and mindfulness practices. These modalities are rooted in neurobiology, theories of human development, Indian Mind Training principles and secular ethics.

Anantaraa Arts-Based Therapy (ABT) Course has been the Flagship Program of Heal Foundation. As a force-multiplying therapeutic intervention, it has gained outstanding reputation for the rigour and quality of training in Mumbai and other parts of the country.  We seek to train professionals working with mental health / chronic disease / special-needs & at-risk populations to use artistic tools for Therapy.

Our Outreach projects include interventions, training courses and workshops using holistic methods of therapy, artistic interventions and mindfulness practices. These modalities are rooted in neurobiology, theories of human development, Indian Mind Training principles and secular ethics.
